Database Host

Usually "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"

Database Port

Default MySQL port is 3306

Database Name

Database will be created if it doesn't exist

Database Username

Database Password

Leave empty if no password is set

Table Prefix (Optional)

Prefix for all database tables (optional)

The installer will test the connection, create the database if needed, and run all migrations automatically.
